We were the Data Utilisation Sponsor at the Global Smart Water Metering & Data Utilisation Congress in London on 6th - 7th March. It was great that many industry experts attended as we shared insights with water utilities on making better use of data and addressing implementation strategies.
George Crowder spoke about Dynamic Demand and how it will become part of our client water operators management and planning processes. A key part of water network management, is the management of leakage and losses. The analyses of leakage and losses are in standard UK and International water balance components which are located within our Netbase Water Balance application.
The conference was important for the water industry to put a spotlight on the implementation and impact of smart meters, on utilising the data and on the potential for improving many related aspects of water network management.
