Following our 3-year audit of our internal processes in February 2022 we have once again been awarded certification to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015.
ISO 9001 is an international standard for a quality management system (QMS). A QMS is a set of policies, processes and procedures. To be certified to the ISO 9001 standard, we must follow the statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements that are set by a framework to ensure consistent quality in the provision of services. Achieving this ISO 9001 standard provides proof to our staff and clients that we are serious about the quality of our services and commitment to continuous quality improvement is at the core of our business success.
