An enthusiastic group of Crowders joined together for a team building weekend away in Keswick. The group travelled from all of our offices and a wide range of teams participated including engineers, leakage technicians, data analysts and more.
We had a jam packed weekend filled with activities such as Ghyll Scrambling in Stonycroft Ghyll, which really got the adrenaline going, as well as kayaking and paddle boarding on Scarness Bay including a mammoth paddle board that 10 of them were on! A great opportunity for the team to encourage and get to know one another outside of the office environment. We also took the boat from the Keswick launch to Lodore and hiked up Walla Crag, giving people the chance to converse whilst taking in the fresh country air and looking at the beautiful landscape.
We were all pleasantly exhausted on the Sunday after a busy few days but really appreciated escaping to the Lakes for a fun weekend!
