NetOps is our web-based operator tool to support network activities such as DMA Leakage Detection. It brings together Netbase data and cloud systems data into a central view to visualise the live water network. There is a Desktop with Extended Features for Analysts & Planners and a Mobile version for Field Operations. NetOps is split into three sections, Explore, Mobile and Downstream.
NetOps Training can be delivered physically in classroom sessions, or virtually, dependant on the client requirements. There will be client specific slide decks and exercises to give confidence to those who will be using it. We have clear objectives to ensure all aspects of the application are covered. Training is delivered in three sessions to coincide with the three sections of NetOps. Each session will be approximately 2.5hrs long.
Trainees will each receive a log in to our eLearning platform, LearnUpon where they will have access to the classroom material which should be used to reinforce their knowledge after the training. The eLearning courses also include an exam to highlight areas where the individual may need some further training. Course feedback is also captured at the end of this course before the individuals get awarded their certificate of attainment. A report is then created to provide the client with the individuals feedback and exam score.
